NEW! Master Classes
New this year, Fall Leadership Conference is hosting master classes on Monday, November 3! Master classes are in-depth and rigorous workshops created for students to provide a more detailed path for their futures. Each class focuses on a different branch for students to explore. From new members to seniors looking forward to graduation, there is a class for everyone! When registering, advisers will choose one master class for each student attendee that will fit best with their journey in FCCLA and beyond.
- Leadership Lab: Leadership Lab is an interactive student workshop designed to build and strengthen leadership. Students will explore what it means to lead with confidence, communicate effectively, and inspire others—all while discovering their own unique leadership style.
- Road to Gold: Get competition-ready! This workshop helps students sharpen their skills, build confidence, and learn strategies to excel in FCCLA competitive events.
- Rookie: New to FCCLA? This masterclass introduces members to the organization, its opportunities, and how to make the most of their FCCLA journey.
- Success Strategies: Prepare for life after high school! Students will practice essential career skills like interviewing, creating strong résumés, and presenting themselves professionally.

Competitive Events
Show-Me Skills are back! These state competitive events are designed to showcase the talents and skills of our members in a variety of areas. Show-Me Skills are similar to National FCCLA’s Skill Demonstration Events, where most of the events will be held in person, with a few being submitted prior to the conference. The specifics of Show-Me Skills and each individual event can be found on under Compete > Show-Me. Don’t miss out on these exciting new opportunities to demonstrate your skills and prepare for national competition!
All Show-Me Skills competitors are required to review the online orientation slideshow and submit Online Orientation Documentation to their room consultant at the time of competition. Completing the orientation is essential – the events are new, so vital information regarding competition procedures will be addressed. After viewing the orientation, download the documentation form, print and sign it as instructed, and bring it with you to competition.
It is with the support of our amazing volunteer evaluators and room consultants that Missouri FCCLA is able to execute and evaluate competitive events at Fall Leadership Conference. Any individual who is out of high school may volunteer as an evaluator or adult room consultant for Show-Me Skills. Consider serving as an evaluator or room consultant to see first-hand the creativity and talent our members have to offer! Our Competitive Events team will find the best competitive events for you to work with based on your knowledge and experience, along with your interests.
Sticker Trading
A HUGE part of the National Leadership Conference is pin trading! States from all over the country bring their own personalized pins to trade with other states and the goal is to collect them all! We’ve brought it to Missouri, but with a twist! In your chapter’s registration packet, you will get some stickers for your region designed by your region’s state officer. Find someone from a different region to trade with that also needs your region’s sticker. Collect and trade them until you have one from each region in Missouri!
Content Creators
The Missouri FCCLA Fall Leadership Conference Content Creator Team is a team of up to four volunteers who have an interest in technology and social media. They will be updating the official Missouri FCCLA Facebook page and Instagram feeds with conference news and photos from their own unique perspectives as well as writing blog updates for the FCCLA website. The Content Creator Team will provide real-time updates to conference attendees as well as those unable to attend the meeting, such as parents, administrators, and other chapter members.
Potential Content Creators must have experience with social media tools, including Facebook and Instagram. Content Creators will take photos and videos and create content for Missouri FCCLA social media and website, so experience with simple photo editing and movie making tools such as Movie Maker or iMovie as well as Canva is a must. Content Creators should be good writers – proficient in a concise, informational, but yet conversational writing style.
Interested members and advisers should complete the online application by October 10, 2025. Selected Content Creators will receive a $50 refund toward their conference registration after successfully completing all Content Creator team assignments.
Roundtable Proposals
We are looking for Missouri FCCLA advisers, business and industry partners, colleges and universities, alumni, and other friends of the organization to present roundtable sessions for advisers at Fall Leadership Conference. These sessions are 20 minutes in length and do not include the use of technology. Presenters and audience sit together in an informal setting, with the presenter sharing the knowledge and expertise, valuable materials and resources, and making network connections with the audience.
Call for Exhibitors and Partnerships
Our Fall Leadership Conference can’t be successful without partnerships with Missouri businesses, colleges and universities, non-profits, and other organizations and agencies. Please consider partnering with Missouri FCCLA as a exhibitor and/or a sponsor of our annual conference.
