Event Date: October 19, 2026 Registration: $15 (limit: 250) Parking is NOT included in the registration cost, and chapters will be responsible for purchasing a parking pass, as needed, based on needs. Buses require a parking pass from Forest Park and should be obtained ahead of time. Parking information for passenger vehicles can be found here, and information for buses can be found here. Optional Additional Tours Water Conservation – $25 (limit: 20) Bear Interactive Wall – $35 (limit: 30) Each individual may only register for one additional tour (maximum), and they are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Cost is in addition to the standard registration fee. Registration Deadline: September 19, 2026 No cancellations or refunds will be allowed after the registration deadline.
