Come and explore methods students must know for the FCCLA Baking and Pastry STAR Event. Participants will focus on learning the methods used at state and national contests rather than specific recipes including quick breads, cookies, pate au choux, cake decorating, and more. In addition, contest strategies will be discussed to try and set your students up for success!
