5-Year Member Award (2026-2027)
The Missouri FCCLA Five-Year Affiliation Recognition is to honor members who have shown long-term dedication to the organization. To be eligible for this recognition, members must have been affiliated with FCCLA for five or more consecutive years. Advisers must submit ONE application for all five-year members in the chapter. Membership years will be verified by staff. Those who meet the eligibility criteria will receive ribbons in their chapter packets as a symbol of their commitment and service to FCCLA!
