2023-2024 Distinguished Service Award Application
The Distinguished Service Award recognizes outstanding contributions and continuing service by individuals whose primary responsibilities are directly related to the organization’s programs. Examples of those eligible for the Distinguished Service Award include local and state advisers, city and state supervisors of FCS education, and teacher educators. Nominations may be submitted by: Any FCCLA state association, current National Executive Council member, an affiliated FCCLA chapter, or national Alumni & Associates member. The award candidate may not self-nominate. Two letters of recommendation are required.
