Getting to see members having fun, enjoying workshops and entertainment, competing in STAR Events, and meeting new friends made me so excited to be a part of Missouri FCCLA. I can’t wait to see members blasting out of this world at the 2024 SLC!”

“Fall Leadership Conference was my first State FCCLA event! It was a great way for me to meet members from all over the state and see what FCCLA was all about. Hearing workshops from our own State Officers made me realize they were students just like me. This motivated me to run for office in my own chapter and region. Using the skills I learned throughout FLC helped me to become president of the West Plains FCCLA Chapter and Region 9 Parliamentarian! Can’t wait for Fall Leadership Conference this year!”

“I personally had a great time at Legislative Shadowing! It was a great experience to go on the capitol tour and see the historic artwork and architecture. I got to meet with my representative and the governor; it was great to have a conversation with them and learn more about what they do in their day to day life. Not only did I get announced on the House floor, but I was invited to eat lunch in the Governor’s office. These kinds of opportunities are one in a lifetime and would encourage all members to apply! ”
